Here is a list of media coverage governing the ALDA Inc. lawsuit against Cinemark. On Nov. 30, ALDA Inc., the national organization of which ALDA Chicago is a chapter, filed a lawsuit in California seeking captioned performances at Cinemark movie theaters.
